This command paper is the annex to the Chief Executive's report to the NHS, December 2005. It details the Department of Health's aims and objectives that were agreed in Spending Review SR2004 along with an analysis of progress against these targets. Analysis of live Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets resulting from SR2002, SR2000 and Comprehensive Spending Review CSR1998 are also set out in the attached annex.
