Action on stroke services: an evaluation toolkit ('ASSET') has been created to help health care organisations improve and transform stroke services for patients. This will be an evolving resource so we recommend you visit this site regularly for the latest updates.

'ASSET: analysis spreadsheet for providers' is an easy-to-use Excel spreadsheet. Select your organisation from a drop-down menu and see key performance information about your trust and how it compares with the rest of England. You can also see the impact of several key improvements to TIA clinics and acute stroke care in terms of better patient outcomes and reduced lengths of stay.

'ASSET: Case Study Pack'  is a case study compendium profiling leading edge practice on the key interventions (stroke units, TIA clinics, thrombolysis and early supported discharge).
