The 2005 consultant contract survey was conducted by the Health and Social Care Information Centre as a follow-up to the October 2004 survey undertaken by the Department of Health. The aim of the survey was to establish the position at 29 October 2005 and show how implementation of the contract has progressed since October 2004.
