Midwifery leadership programme development workbook (version 2, revised April 2006)

This workbook aims to provide the user with learning support to enable them to develop the critical Midwifery Leadership competencies of developing vision, thinking strategically and systematically, driving change, influencing others and communicating effectively. The roles and competencies in the revised version of this document were updated to reflect the recommendations of key stakeholders who reviewed the original framework as part of the sixth and final phase of the Head of Midwifery Leadership Project.
