PSS EX1 return on expenditure and unit costs 2003-2004

This return collects detailed expenditure data collected on RO3 until 1999-2000, data for PAF indicators involving expenditure collected on KS1 until 1999-2000 and expenditure, activity and unit costs data collected on the CIPFA Actuals return until 1999-2000.

General Guidance Notes and definitions for activity data used are available here, as are details of the return for 2003-2004, and information on changes between 2002-2003 and 2003-2004. Details of changes that will take place between 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 are also included.
