This publication contains detailed statistics on persons registered with Local Authority Social Services departments in England as being blind or partially sighted. The data are compiled from the trienniel return SSDA 902 submitted by Local Authorities to the Department of Health (Statistics Division 3B).
The local authority tables in this publication contain information relating to the year ended 31 March 2000.
