The NCMP team held six workshops in May and June 2008. The workshops provided an opportunity for the team to consult with local area and regional teams working on the NCMP. The workshops were an opportunity to provide an update as well as a forum for informal discussion. Topics discussed included: what is working well and where further improvements are still needed, as well as changes to the NCMP for 2008/09, including plans for routine feedback. In addition to this, we included presentations from people working on the NCMP in local areas, to share the good practice they have implemented in their area.
