This forum provides an opportunity for information sharing and a way for councils to adopt more uniform approaches to supporting carers.
How to access the discussion forum
The information that most people require is available on the public part of the website. The private area of the site is specifically designed for Local Authority Carer’s Leads and requires entry via a registered user name and password.
If you are a Local Authority Carer’s Lead and would like to access the discussion forum, please send an email stating which local authority area you work within to:
The carers policy unit will check your details and send you an email within 15 days advising you whether your request for access has been granted or denied.
