As a result the Government has published this document, to inform and support Peers as Part 3 of the Bill is debated in the Lords. It provides clarity on Monitor’s proposed role and how it relates to the NHS Commissioning Board and Care Quality Commission, together with policy intentions on regulations prescribed in Part 3.
