Details

The Department of Health laid new NHS (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations (Statutory Instrument 2012/1908) on 23 July following consultation. They come into force on 1 September 2012. A number of Directions and Determinations have been updated in line with these new Regulations including the Fees for Applications Directions 2012. The Impact Assessment and Equality Analysis relating to the Fees Directions have been updated.
