Details

The Chronic Disease Self-Management Programme (CDSMP) was developed by Stanford University. The Stanford University Manuals and information about other programmes are available from the Talking Health Network website.

In 2012, the Department of Health worked with Talking Health Taking Action to enable the CDSMP tutor manual to be used by organisations licenced to run the programme in England.
